I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Gosh. I always wondered why some women stayed so skinny. I didn’t realise so many people eat so little and skip entire meals. I have 20 meals a week every week of life. It’s (embarrassingly) fascinating reading what others eat in a day.

Had a baked potato and chilli con carne. A packet of salt and vinegar McCoys Crisps, a packet of M&Ms (large packet) and have now ordered Lamb madras with rice.
This is not typical or I'd be the size of a hippo.

I eat 14 x per week and almost no snacks, I'm still very fat! Everyone is different, don't worry about it.

2x pancakes with maple syrup
Chai latte
Glass red wine (large)
Water
Half an apple
Fish curry, rice, poppadom
Cheese, biscuits

Today:
Cup of tea
Two pieces whilemeal toast, butter and honey
Filter coffee
Wholemeal pitta with halloumi
Hula hoops
Lamb chops, roast potatoes, broccoli, peas, Yorkshire pud, gravy
Fruit crumble, teaspoon crime fraiche
Glass red wine
Water
Peppermint tea

B: Sunflower and pumpkin seeds, fruit, flaxseeds and some soya milk to kind of wet it
S: big plate of raw veg
L: two lentil rice cakes with an avocado on, a quorn burger with Vegennaise fake mayo
S: Dark chocolate and salted almonds, a tangerine
D: Veg soup with black-eyed beans and oatly cream
S: 3 chocolate chip hobnobs

I did a lot of snacking, I see. I had good intentions.

B- special k with blueberries. Coffee

L- chicken salad sandwich, slice of banana bread, few black pepper crisps. Diet Coke

D- is going to be home made Veg curry with rice and onion bhaji

No snacks so far and I am going to keep it that way if it kills me!!

I'm trying to eat a (mainly) plant based diet so this isn't typical for me but today Ive had/having..

Lunch- Roasted purple sweet potato pieces with hummus then fruit salad with a banana, peach slices, a kiwi fruit and blueberries.

I've also has two coffees and two small pieces of butterscotch shortbread.

Dinner-The plan is Vivera shawarma strips with peppers, red onions, broccoli and spring onions. But I'm so full so I might just have the overnight oats that are in the fridge with more fruit, or the rest of the hummus with broccoli, peppers, spring onions and the remaining roast sweet potatoes.

B - porridge with nuts and honey. Cuppa.
L - cheese butty, yoghurt, apple. Cuppa, water.
T - will be chicken kiev, steamed potatoes and veg, probably asparagus and peas. Possibly a biscuit or two after.

Teas till my back teeth are floating! Water.

Snack - almond croissant and flat white
Lunch - crackers, cheese, apple. Graze snack bar
Dinner - roast veg
with feta, chestnut and spinach grill

Lots of water to drink

No breakfast

Brunch - sausage roll & a banana
Lunch - salad with jerk chicken, a slice of bread & butter, boiled egg.
Dinner - bangers & mash with gravy & a Yorkshire pudding
Supper - bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes.

Not a good day for me!

Breakfast: Bacon, 2 x boiled eggs & half an avocado.

Lunch: Rocket, the other half of the avocado, tomatoes and another boiled egg with dressing.

Snacks: 4 x raisin oatcakes & a banana. Loads of teas and coffees over the course of the day, some with sugar.

D: roast chicken, rocket, two small pieces of spinach tortilla, two slices of bread.

B - porridge with homemade spiced plum compote, cranberries and white chocolate melted on top. Sour cherry Skyr. 2 teas & a coffee.
L - chicken, peas, sweetcorn & noodles in chinese curry sauce, 2 peaches
D -spicy tomato couscous & salad, custard cream biscuit, maryland cookie, banoffee mullerlight (very nice)
