I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Breakfast - 2 cups of tea.
Dinner - nowt coz I was busy.
Tea - 2 cauliflower cheese grill things and 3 bottles of cider and a tiny bag of mini cheddars.

Brekki tuna on toast with tea

Lunch : coconut fried rice with grilled Turkey

Dinner: eba with okraw soup and assorted meat

Yum yum
Done loads of bulk cooking today

L: leftover chicken casserole & cabbage
D: cauliflower cheese, potato wedges and veg

Snacks: trying not to have too many... So far none today.

B - raspberries with a blueberry yogurt.
L - prawns with stir fried veg
D - chicken & chorizo fajitas (with lettuce wraps instead of tortilla wraps), guacamole, grated cheddar, peppers and onions.
Snacks - nakd bar, 2 choc rice cakes, babybel
Drinks - 2 litres water, 1 gin & tonic

2 slices toast with jam. Coffee

Snickers
3 flapjack pieces
2 pink gin & tonic
1 normal gin & tonic

Dinner is going to be chicken breast stuffed with pesto, in breadcrumbs and fried with chunky chips & salad. Rose wine

Today is not a great day food wise but I’m loving the alcohol

I've had
a Mug of butternut squash soup I made yesterday,
A small bowl of vegan chilli I made for bil for a party tomorrow with a bit of rice
Two chocolate biscuits and four shortcake biscuits

I feel like I'm coming down with something, but also trying to lose weight so need to stop now!

V. random day- stressful one at work plus packing to move house = grab what I can find!

B- porridge made with 50g oats, skimmed milk and cinnamon

S- chunks of melon and a few grapes

L- cream cheese and marmite sandwich on seeded bread

S- chocolate hobnob and a couple of celebrations

D- chicken breast, micro chips, peas

S- more micro chips, this time with chip spice added and a handful of oreo joyfills

Breakfast- black coffee
Lunch - school lunch of fish and chips with chocolate crunch and chocolate custard for pudding
Supper - goodfellas Romano pizza with cherry tomatoes

D- later tonight is going to be carbonara with a few glasses of wine

L: I’m going out for lunch at a fancy Michelin star restaurant in London with my best friend AND I AM SO EXCITED! Ahem... I don’t get out much. Sorry.
D: probably nothing.

D - small steak pie, few wedges and broccoli.
Snacks - apricot flapjack and half a slice of millionaires shortbread in Starbucks.
Drinks - 2 litres of water, 1 ginger beer and 1 peppermint tea

Breakfast: orange slices and some crisps
Lunch: steak with roast peppers, onions, courgette and aubergine, ciabatta roll
Dinner: grapes, small alpro yoghurt and a few glasses of wine

Breakfast: 2 coffee a slice of rye bread with peanut butter and a banana
Lunch: 6 ryvita woth houmous, a handful of mixed nuts, 4 tomatos, dome salad leaves and 3 slices of goats cheese. Peppermint tea.

Dinner: roast chicken, broccoli, roast potatoes and gravy. Glass of apple juice with dizzy water.

That's me done for the day now (very full!)
