I took on the mantle to start another thread. If that is not allowed, Mods delete the thread, I am not sure of the protocol. But it certainly is an interesting discussion!

If allowed to stay as my OP, let's go!

OP posts:

Heyduggeesflipflop

You’re so predictable. And way off the mark.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 14/06/2018 21:05

Bless, Hey everything is a remainer conspiracy. Even your beloved Tories impact assessment reports?

Heyduggeesflipflop · 14/06/2018 21:05

Buteo - all I hear from you is jealousy at the house extension of a very wealthy man

siwel123 · 14/06/2018 21:06

People saying do leavers have a crystal ball to see how good it will be? Do remainers?

GhostofFrankGrimes · 14/06/2018 21:07

People saying do leavers have a crystal ball to see how good it will be? Do remainers?

No just facts and countless warnings from experts.

Heyduggeesflipflop · 14/06/2018 21:07

Ghost of - I have already told you - the government is not impartial. They have also cried wolf too many times already

Don’t worry - your man Jeremy will soon be in power and will likely be unfettered by pesky eu rules. At that point you might finally get it

GhostofFrankGrimes · 14/06/2018 21:08

Must be devastating seeing your dreams crumble Hey.

BoneyBackJefferson · 14/06/2018 21:09

DownTheBucketHole
unless you're in Catalonia and friends with a lot of independistas I don't believe that

I suspect that you also didn't believe the disillusioned and pissed off people that were talking about their lives before the vote.

In the same way that people didn't listen then, they are not listening now.

ilovesooty · 14/06/2018 21:10

As far as I am concerned I am not ready for it. I hope Cameron burns in hell if it exists for putting us in this mess.

KennDodd · 14/06/2018 21:10

Here you go @Heyduggeesflipflop from the horses mouth. He was seriously taking the piss out of you.

FellOutOfBed2wice · 14/06/2018 21:10

Placemarking as this is very interesting and I don’t know enough about it.

Lazypuppy · 14/06/2018 21:10

@Iflyaway confusion about the future isn't a bad thing, doesn't mean the future won't be better.

I have a house, a 2nd property i rent out, a job that I have 100% security in, a great private pension.

Just carrying on with life as normal and planning as I would whether Brexit was happening or not.

Buteo · 14/06/2018 21:11

Heyduggeesflipflop

You’re not as perceptive as you’d like to think you are.

Heyduggeesflipflop · 14/06/2018 21:11

Ghost of - and there you are wrong. Even soft Brexit is a form of success because it breaks us out of the cosy deal we had with the eu previously (rebate/ no need to take the euro). That is gone forever which will force future parliaments to think more deeply about our relationship

Heyduggeesflipflop · 14/06/2018 21:12

Buteo - it’s not that hard to be perceptive when you insist on posting. One. Sentence. At. A. Time.

Anything to add to the thread other than naked jealousy?

keyboardkate · 14/06/2018 21:13

Maybe I will be allowed to ask what the problems were with EU membership?

I think I need to hear it again.

OP posts:
Unfinishedkitchen · 14/06/2018 21:13

I am sick to death of people saying ‘and this sneering is what caused people to vote Brexit’. Fuck them, they deserve to be sneered at. This has predictably turned into a clusterfuck. Normal government cannot take place because everyone is tied up in Brexit.

I genuinely do not care if people who voted for Brexit, lose everything. They can house themselves under a fuckton of blue passports and eat sovereignty. The cunts.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 14/06/2018 21:13

You mean abide by EU rules without any say. Saving face now aren't you Hey?

Heyduggeesflipflop · 14/06/2018 21:14

Unfinished

I bet you are a charmer at a party. Do you find folk unwilling to find themselves alone with you at the bar perchance?

BoneyBackJefferson · 14/06/2018 21:15

KennDodd

Yet the remain campaign did nothing until it was to late, and when they did do something it was to call people thick and racist.

Neither campaign can claim that they were whiter than white in this. Both played the same bullshit game and the remainers lost.
Why did they lose because various governments and media oulets have spent years and years making the EU the bad guy for all of the ills of the country and raking in profits from the resultant mess.

Yet very few people can see that the remainers are as complicit in this farce as leave because they are still trying to blame other people.

Buteo · 14/06/2018 21:16

Heyduggeesflipflop

You. Are. Still. Way. Off. The. Mark.

Perhaps single syllables might help?

Heyduggeesflipflop · 14/06/2018 21:16

Ghost of

In Afghanistan they used to have a saying - you may hold the watch, but we have the time.

Do you realise how corrosive it will be when Britain gradually realises we are paying into something with no say? Either now or later, a proper Brexit is merely a matter of time

Unfinishedkitchen · 14/06/2018 21:17

I’ve got shit loads of mates as a matter of fact and get invited out loads. I’ve always been popular. Thanks for asking.

BoneyBackJefferson · 14/06/2018 21:18

Heyduggeesflipflop

Posters like unfinished always were and always will be part of the problem.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 14/06/2018 21:18

Why did they lose because various governments and media oulets have spent years and years making the EU the bad guy for all of the ills of the country and raking in profits from the resultant mess.

and people were daft enough to believe it.

Yet very few people can see that the remainers are as complicit in this farce as leave because they are still trying to blame other people.

Remainers didn't cause this though did they? See your own statements above to see who is to blame.
