Two Thousand Sexual Partners

AIBU to judge a man who has had sex with 2,000 people? I normally do not judge the number of people someone has sex with, but this is way over the top.

OP posts:
LoniceraJaponica · 25/11/2017 17:35

"Your age minus the age you were when you first had sex less 3x the number of LTRs."

Oh dear, I have some catching up to do. On second thoughts I won't. Been married to the same guy for 36 years. I don't want to start all over again.

ButchyRestingFace · 25/11/2017 17:35

I think you have the wrong idea completely about Princess Diana Butchy grin

Noooo, I think I have totally the right idea. Grin

Andy McDowell's character still managed to outshag her though.

Battleax · 25/11/2017 17:36

Oh you're giving us an exact number? Grin

Mince314 · 25/11/2017 17:36

I WOULD judge himself if he had unprotected sex. I would also judge him if he wasn't up front about having had a lot of partners. Better for a woman to know who she's sleeping with. If he went round telling people at work I'd think yuck, keep it to yourself. I'd get out the industrial steam cleaner and set it to high and blast him if he got too close. Joking. Obviously, or am I.

UrsulaPandress · 25/11/2017 17:39

I reckon he must have double counted some.

EdmundCleverClogs · 25/11/2017 17:42

As per usual, a brasty thread has descended into posters snipping at each other over a goady subject, whilst the op themselves has done a (temporary) flounce....

brasty · 25/11/2017 17:44

I am here

OP posts:
ButchyRestingFace · 25/11/2017 17:45

I WOULD judge himself if he had unprotected sex.

You Irish?

BatteredBreadedOrSouthernFried · 25/11/2017 17:46

How many do you think if is, BatteredBread

I dont think there is a number. As is obvious by my previous posts, surely?

Or did you just ask the question to pillory responders?

I asked because I would like to know what the magic number is and the reasons for that.

EdmundCleverClogs · 25/11/2017 17:47

Oh I know you’re around brasty, that’s not my issue. Your need to start threads that will obviously just descend into two-sided arguments for days on end is my issue.

MissWilmottsGhost · 25/11/2017 17:48

How on earth does he know? Surely he would have lost count after he first couple of hundred?

gamerchick · 25/11/2017 17:48

Your age minus the age you were when you first had sex less 3x the number of LTRs

About right.

Vitalogy · 25/11/2017 17:50

I don't think having a large amount of sexual partners is good in the long run for a person. I believe the body has memory, it'll just leave you unsettled/confused in life.

suepowell · 25/11/2017 17:50

I am sure he is lying. And it is strange to see someone keeping track of it. If its true, the person must be a psycho to count it or someone who likes to live in inflated ego.

PortiaCastis · 25/11/2017 17:51

I think most of it was with himself

speakout · 25/11/2017 17:52

I wouldn't judge no.

Certainly not from a moral perspective.

From a clinical point of view it is quite risky however.

brasty

Are you studying the history of sex?
I think these things are interesting, it doesn't mean the OP is being goady, just for starting a conversation.

gamerchick · 25/11/2017 17:56

The equivalent of a cold shower maybe? Must.suppress.urges

MinisterForMagic · 25/11/2017 18:01

I agree with you Brasty.

2000 people is so far out of my experience I can't envisage how someone could have sex with that many people, or indeed keep a record of having had sex with that many people. I haven't slept with 200 or 20 or even 10 people.

I am not in a relationship. I don't enjoy sex. I would be very happy to never have sex again. I really don't see the point. I don't want to be in a relationship in the future because I would be expected to have sex with them.

On the other hand, having done a bit of reading, I think I am probably asexual, and just 'put up with it' for the sake of previous partners because I was in love with them.

pieceofpurplesky · 25/11/2017 18:05

A friend of mine has slept with about that many women - mainly because from the age of 18 he worked as a holiday rep and slept with 5 or so women a week- for 12 years! I don’t judge him as he always used a condom and the women were always willing.

Sweetpea55 · 25/11/2017 18:05

His winky must be worn out

MissDuke · 25/11/2017 18:05

My husband and I were virgins when we got together at 16, so have only been with each other (now late 30's). I am sure plenty of people would 'judge' that too as weird! I don't mind, each to their own!

Aryah · 25/11/2017 18:08

I don't think I've even reached 1% of that! 2000 times is way too exaggerated?!
