AIBU to judge a man who has had sex with 2,000 people? I normally do not judge the number of people someone has sex with, but this is way over the top.

Assuming he started at age 16, that's about two a week.

If he is having sex with two different women every week for over 20 years then clearly he has

(a) never been in a relationship (not one lasted more than 3 days, anyway.)

or

(b) been cheating on someone, which I class as abuse

I don't believe any man can meet two different women every week, consistently, throughout 24 years, who are happy to have one-off casual sex with him. He must have been deceiving them in some way, e.g. pretending to be interested in a relationship then humps-and-dumps them.

The only other explanation is that he has been visiting two prostituted women a week for 24 years, and I class all johns as abusers.

What if the man of 40 goes to swingers clubs. Maybe is a Dom or Sub and goes to BDSM events. You could easily reach maybe 10-20 a week if you went to events every weekend

I wouldn’t judge, someone can have as much or as little consensual sex as they like. Presumably he had no problem finding people up for a quick fuck.

I think these days it could easily be done, what with all these dating sites, apps that tell you if someone in your area what’s no strings sex etc. If you wanted I reckon you could easily have a different shag a few nights a week

so - is a sex cupboard a place where a man wanting to have sex goes and stand in it, then another man opens the cupboard, decides if he's going to pick the guy off the shelf, then they have sex (either in the cupboard or somewhere more comfortable).

It's not so unbelievable is it ? Say 1 a week (50/year, it's 40 years-so by aged mid/late 50's totally possible. As someone else said at 20 something you are looking at 5-10 a week so unusual but not outlandish surely ?
