Are we cheering from the rooftops delighted that they finally got their independence? Or shocked and sad for our Spanish friends have such a huge split in their amazing country?

Or do we feel both emotions at once?

I am shocked and but knew it was coming, could see it was heading that way when 700 companies moved in one week....

Bloody Hell, what did Rajoy think he would achieve?!!

What he has achieved. Ciudadanos is gone up loads , that was his idea. Despite they’re not the same party they have similar ideas therefore the results are still good for him.

However it has been proof that governments don’t listen to citizens.

Worth remembering that Puigdemont is in Brussels and if he goes back to Spain he’ll be arrested and Junqueras (erc ) is in prison. So who is going to be the new president ! Someone living abroad ? Someone from prison? This could only happen in Spain :)
