To realise I've become a horrible snob.

I've always been really down to earth. Working class roots, shop at Aldi, drive a Kia. I've never ever considered myself better than anyone else ever.

But today it happened. Went into Tesco to grab a loaf and saw my friend at the check out. She had 2 multi packs of pot noodle as part of her shopping.
I inwardly judged.
She's a lovely amazing person. But still this horrid inner snob judged.
I know iabu. I need a proper telling off. I'm a cow.

That doesn't make you a snob, it makes you a judgemental twat. I think you started this thread hoping everyone would pile in sharing their 'judging friends' stories and it would end up in classics. All shrieky and hilarious.

Nothing about this is snobbery or class related. It is about you thinking yourself better than your friend because you didn't eat pot noddles. I think that is about you being thick rather than a snob.
