Bullet in my package??!!

So...AIBU to think someone has put THEIR bullet in with my dress package from ASOS??!! Anyone else ever had this? I was trying on my new dress (which I love!) to find a mysterious object on my bed couldn't work out what is was as funny shape and then (which much fiddling and seeing batteries) I figured out its a bullet type vibrator!!! at first I thought maybe it was a weird promo gift but on googling doesn't look likely! Yuck!!!

It's oddly shaped. Does the tip have corners??

Not sure I'd want to risk putting that anywhere the sun don't shine (even if it had come in a sealed package).

Shameless placemarking! I can only add that I ordered some rolls of organza from Amazon once and Hermes sent me a lady shaver. Er, no thanks. Amazon were useless so I went direct to the company supplying the organza who were brilliant, replacement arrived the following day! Four weeks later, well after I needed the organza, a second lot arrived.
