So...AIBU to think someone has put THEIR bullet in with my dress package from ASOS??!! Anyone else ever had this? I was trying on my new dress (which I love!) to find a mysterious object on my bed couldn't work out what is was as funny shape and then (which much fiddling and seeing batteries) I figured out its a bullet type vibrator!!! Confused at first I thought maybe it was a weird promo gift but on googling doesn't look likely! Yuck!!!

It was probably a pissed off member of staff. I worked for a finance company and one guy who had a work grievance put hardcore gay porn magazines in quite a few mailings before he was caught.

DaisyQueen · 28/01/2017 21:23

Shamelessly marking my place Grin

bambisims · 28/01/2017 21:27

I do feel sorry for them if it was done on purpose, what a weirdo staff!!

Not what I was expecting to read at all 😂😂😂😂

MalletsMallets · 28/01/2017 21:34

Dress is gorgeous.
I'm not surprised they've not heard back from the warehouse, they are all picking themselves up off the floor laughing. Whilst one person is mortified!

Bigbertha123 · 28/01/2017 21:42

Unicorn, I once found a purple butt plug in a holiday rental! I naively thought it was some kind of child's dummy and was horrified when my husband informed me what it was. I'm now wondering if it was your lost one given your name?

RTKangaMummy · 28/01/2017 22:51

I think they should at least give you the dress for FREE!!!!!!

Caterina99 · 29/01/2017 03:59

Amazon randomly sent me a salad spinner. It just turned up. It was right after I'd had DS and I was kind of busy and just shoved it in a cupboard thinking they'd ask for it back or something. They never did. I was disappointed my random free gift was something I have no desire for and have never opened. Now I see I had a lucky escape

bitofabelly · 29/01/2017 04:21

Bambi what's the dress like on..does it add weight to your hips? Would you need to be skinny skinny to pull it off... it's stunning. Is the top part itchy in any way?

TinyTickler · 29/01/2017 04:29

Oh dear!!

ComedyBoobs · 29/01/2017 04:51
Shock Surprised & disappointed that the thread title doesn't have a MNHQ 'Trigger Warning'.
trufflehumper · 29/01/2017 05:54

Still... kudos to ASOS for asking OP to dispose of said item as environmentally as possible Grin

CherryChasingDotMuncher · 29/01/2017 06:07

Shameless placemark - great thread!

bambisims · 29/01/2017 09:40

Bit of a belly, it's lovely on. I'm a size 12 and love it. Not itchy at all (well apart from the added chlamydia I'll probably catch from the bullet touching it)

It is a little bit on the bigger side, could have probably dropped to a size 10 but it still looks lovely a bit bless fitted.

I'm not sure how it would look in say an 18, it could go either way I think!! I think best bet is to try and hope to not receive any unexpected extras 😂

Update:

They're now not allowing the FB team to talk to me, only the 'highest' team are allowed to deal with it via email. They've asked that I send pictures of the labels from both packages (outer and inner) so they can help to trace who packed the item. They've said may take a couple of days for a reply...

ShutTheFuckUpBarbara · 29/01/2017 11:38

This is hysterical Grin

I can imagine the internal investigation "right, which one of you put your vibrator in the parcel??"

northernlites · 29/01/2017 11:40

Someone in the warehouse will be bricking it, now they realise their midnight pleasures between packing up orders has gone tits up

MasterCard is for dresses from ASOS
moments like this...priceless

Theimpossiblegirl · 29/01/2017 11:46

I thought you'd been sent an actual bullet from a gun- like a death threat! This is so much better.
