We have it once a week as a treat on a Saturday night. We hardly ever drink and don't smoke so that's our treat to our selfs every week. Only me and dh so we just decide what we want as we start getting hungry.

once a week - usually Friday. Usually my decision because dh walks in from work and says 'what's for dinner?' and i look blankly and say whatever we order as i can't be fucked to cook. It will only increase too as we have 2 under 4 and i'm 6 months pregnant. So i anticipate 2-3 times a week in the near future. (the dc never eat it tho, they are fed and in bed by the time dh gets home usually)
