Husbands secret stash

I don't know if I should laugh, scream or roll my eyes....

Few months ago I found a huge stash of socks under mine and DHs bed, thought I'd finally solved the weird odd sock problem I seem to have. A month later and it was back but this time I noticed the socks were crisp and solid at the end, didn't take me long to figure out Dh has obviously been using these.......you get the picture anyway I mentioned to him that I'd found them and I wasn't happy to be cleaning up after him in general but that this was taking it to another level and thought that would be the last of it.Hmm

It's not-there is always some there and I've had to scream at him about it recently, I'm not comfortable with ignoring it because they are under the bed we both sleep on and it's just really unsanitary, today I've come home and there is a used condom in its wrapper and 3 socks nearby.

I'm aware it's perfectly healthy and normal to masterbate, but surely cleaning up after yourself is part and parcel of this? I feel like this is a problem moms with teenagers have to deal with not their husbands, but maybe I'm just being unreasonable and I should just bin/ put in wash and move on with the next gazillion household chores I seem to be lumbered with? I have fury right now but maybe it's misplaced.Angry

I really wanted to title this secret spunky sock stash but I chickened out!

I'm so sleep deprived it took me until the very end of the first page before I twigged what the real issue with the socks was. Deary me.

Leaving 'crusty' socks for someone else to deal with is fowl and disrespectful. If binning them hasn't worked, I'd be thinking about itching powder. Dirty git.

BorrowedHeart · 22/07/2016 07:36

Think some people are over reacting, he is allowed to please himself if he wants to, yes he should clean up but leave it long enough and im sure he will.

pitsandpeaks · 22/07/2016 07:47

He does work-he is just a lazy tramp at home, very much a man child. He works shifts so he has a lot of time to fit them/when I'm not in bed/home.

I left his pillow downstairs last night with used condom and socks on top for when he got in. He slept downstairs. He becomes really pissy when he is embarrassed so I'm sure this weekend will be great Hmm (I also made sure the cats were locked out of the room-and I'm glad I did because that story is terrifying)

I could answer most of these questions but I'm not sure anyone wants me to be graphic. I do think he is using them separately though, maybe the condom is a well thought out posh wank and the sock is for when his finishing off a surprise one (like morning glory). Good Morning!

Well, I've laughed my head off because people have been very witty on the thread and there have been some hilarious stories.

But I don't think the behaviour itself is funny, I'm horrified that so many men are so lazy, disgusting and disrespectful (I include my ex in that, though in other ways).

Having a laugh about it cheers us up but we should also remember we don't have to put up with stuff like this.

MephistoMarley · 22/07/2016 07:57

I don't think this is funny in the least, and his sulking and sleeping downstairs is even worse.

Kallyno · 22/07/2016 08:01

BorrowedHeart: "Think some people are over reacting, he is allowed to please himself if he wants to, yes he should clean up but leave it long enough and im sure he will."

I don't think anyone has yet said he shouldn't have a wank. As for leave it long enough and he will ... it's her bedroom too! Why should she have to tolerate spunk crusted socks and used condoms? Would it be OK if she left used tampons on the bedroom floor?

Crazy world.

toadgirl · 22/07/2016 08:05

Can't he....ahem....pleasure himself in the shower?

AnyFucker · 22/07/2016 08:13

You are still sexually attracted to this man ? Confused

WhatTheActualFugg · 22/07/2016 08:14

Pits my DH reckons the condom is an act of defiance.

"You got a problem with socks?! Well see how you like this"

FatalFemme · 22/07/2016 08:21

At least he's not using the kitchen utensils. silver lining

littlemouse9 · 22/07/2016 08:23

is the pp absolutely sure her husband wasn't doing the cat up the arse? it's not like either of them would tell her

BeyondBeyondBeyondBeyondBeyond · 22/07/2016 08:26

Proper minging Envy

MadisonMontgomery · 22/07/2016 08:28

I would just put the 'used' socks back in his sock drawer and stop washing any that make their way into the laundry basket - surely the first time he puts on a crusty sock he'll be so disgusted he won't do it again?

emilybrontescorset · 22/07/2016 08:34

I'm howling at the cat story.

WhatTheActualFugg · 22/07/2016 08:35

How on earth would he 'use' the kitchen utensils???

SemiNormal · 22/07/2016 08:35

littlemouse9 It did cross my mind but the condom wasn't 'fresh' enough looking iyswim?

toadgirl · 22/07/2016 08:36

Let him run out of socks. See what he uses then.....

phoenix1973 · 22/07/2016 08:37

Stick them in his car or his briefcase or laptop bag. Dirty git.
Failing that, keep black bagging them.

toadgirl · 22/07/2016 08:38

This?

At least he's not using the kitchen utensils. silver lining - Really, really curious about this - I have another story concerning a different ex that used cutlery. Saying no more about that because it was beyond vile but just curious if this is a 'thing' now???

FatalFemme · 22/07/2016 08:42

Oh no, please tell me someone else remembers that thread. It was gold

Utterly gross. OP should get herself down the clinic and make sure she hasn't got athlete's fanny.
