To ask what you had for dinner?

I cook, DH cleans. Every morning I ask him what he'd like for dinner and he always says he doesn't mind. I enjoy cooking and am happy to spend time preparing something nice but I'm out of ideas and bored of cooking the same kinds of things so am looking for inspiration.
Tonight I made sweet and sour chicken and noodles. What did you have?

DS had Sherperds pie out the freezer...I pinched a bit as it was leftover lamb pie...the best version.

I had pasta and cauli in red leicester cheese sauce with bacon bits

It looked a bit neon.....

We had pasta with mushrooms and creme fraiche inspired by this thread so thanks

Oh my god I would kill for your arrangement! I love cooking and hate cleaning.

Grilled halloumi with a lentil, roasted sweet potato & nuts and seeds type superfood salad.

Veg chilli with sweet potato wedges

Pork chops, mash, broccoli, carrots and gravy.

It was just me and the toddler tonight, so we had...

Scrambled eggs on liberally buttered toast

followed by

Mini Milk from the freezer.

FOOD OF THE GODS.

Baked salmon
Roasted sweet potato
Cherry tomatoes
Broccoli

Aubergine chilli with a bean salad.

Rare steak, rice, avocado salad, raspberries.

Bubble n squeak with edamame beans and leeks and veggie sausages yum!

Pulled pork with a sweet potato and peas.

Pork chops with piri piri marinade, roasted sweet potatoes, peas, brocolli and cauliflower.

Tonight will be veggie fajitas ( mushrooms, peppers, sweet peppers, red onion, fresh chilli, garlic) paprika seasoning. Warm tortillas with home made salsa and Guacamole

Last night was giant couscous with a chickpea & apricot tagine / stew and falafels.

Tonight probably cashew roast and baby potatoes and salad.

Giant meatballs stuffed with cheese in a spicy sauce. And it was proper yum if I say so meself

Salmon, new potatoes and steamed green veg.

Very boring, but went down a treat.

Steak, creamy garlic mushrooms and steamed broccoli, green beans and baby corn. Plus a lovely couple of glasses of red wine!

Grilled Parma ham wrapped asparagus with rocket, quinoa, olive oil fried egg, and Parmesan shavings. Grilled sourdough baguette

Chicken cacciatore, rice and asparagus

A particularly yummy chili con carne, if I do say so myself. Slow cooker brisket, will all the good add ins - plus was lucky enough to have bits like coriander, avocado, and limes in the house too!

Prawn & pea risotto. Tomorrow DD tells me she fancies a chip butty with gravy

I had sirloin steak, sweet tattie medallions, green beans and creamy spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Tomorrow we are having garlic and herb encrusted veal, wilted spinach, and spinach and tattie dauphinois, with asparagus.
