I've travelled quite widely and have enjoyed most places - loved Italy and Scicily particularly. Disliked the Dominican Republic. Couldn't walk to the beach at night without being followed by an armed guard, harassed constantly by sellers on the beach, so hot it was unbearable, got a dodgy belly. Nice people, but it was crap.

Hmm, not particularly well travelled. Love Italy, adore France, can't see much about Portugal. Like Virginia, Hawaii was over commercialised, could take or leave Vegas but like San Francisco, disliked Wales, Albania was like a tinderbox when I went in the early 90s, Greek Islands brill for relaxing and so are the Maldives. So many places I haven't visited and should including Asia, Africa and the Antipodese. Will report back in ten or fifteen.

Bosnia and Croatian was amazing. I will never forget arriving in a country i was frighten of (grow up watching the war in bosnia on tv) dh told us we were going as cheap and a beautiful country (he been before). He under sold this stunning country. My fav bits..dancing with a bosnian young waiter Next to a backdrop of a stunning waterfall To a certain very famous bosnia music after enjoying amazing meal that cost about £8 including wine. Dh gave him a look and he smiled. We talked via ipad and goggle translate. Then arriving in croatian to a bay where the water was clear. The stunning buildings around this bay.. Honestly heaven must be this bay.

I'm not particularly well travelled, but I love Greece. Also like France and Germany. I'm also fond of good old Lanza-grotty, especially further inland.
Albania was a bit of an eye opener but I still enjoyed it.
My worst was Santorini, it is a beautiful island but I didn't like it, cant quite put my finger on why.
Never travelled alone.

Yes travelled alone lots, now have the DC.
Best: Albania, West Coast of Ireland, Ecuador
Worst: No one country. Would put Brindisi (Italy) in dislike due to sexual assault. Also maybe East Anglia but then it did rain lots so judgement may be clouded s bit ha ha.

Ive always loved Italy. Its the only country I want to travel around as apposed to just going to one place at a time. I fancy inter-railing around Italy.
I wasn't impressed with New York (again I know its not a county, but as its the only place in USA I have been I dont want to say the whole of America is the same, besides I really want to go to America again) as I think it wasn't as good as I imagined. Id rather have spent the same on a trip to London. I love London.
Id like to travel alone, must be awesome. One of my regrets is not travelling before DH and DCs

Best - just back from Canada, loved Tofino especially
Worst - Gairloch at Easter time, very scenic but naff all to do if you aren't into walking every single day. Also a bit underwhelmed by most places in the USA we have been to Vegas, Boston, Salt Lake City, US Rockies not a patch on the Canadian ones
