AIBU to think it is never ok to keep shampoo and shower gel on the side of the bath?

YABU to leave them scruffily lying around on a shelf. I repackage them and return them to the shop between washes, only civilised way to do it.

I leave mine out - they are expensive and I wish to stealth boast via bathroom clutter

There is nothing on my shelf as I'm too lazy to put things back on it. All my shampoo/shower gel lives on the side of the bath.

I always move mine. I put them in the bread bin.

My bath is very old and scruffy-looking anyway, our shower gel(s), shampoos and baby bath stuff sitting on the side don't make it look any better but certainly don't detract from anything. Guess you wouldn't be so happy about the ducks and singing fish on the side of the bath either?!
