AIBU to think that the extremists that burnt poppies in London last week should be hung, drawn and quartered?

they go around causing offense, like building in a place protecting for standing beuaty and then campaining because the local govertment wants to tear the buildings down to protect the mountain. argument: should be allowed as the didn't know the law, written in spanish you see, unreasonable to expect them to check it.

they never asked them to leave in facebook though.

I couldn't care less if they live here, as long as they pull their heads out of their arses and realise that there are better ways to get their point across without being offensive. But the same goes for anyone offensive. Eg. racists, homophobes, sexists, extremists from any religion.

And I'd imagine most of the population feels the same, however.. it isn't that simple. I'd love a test that made sure wankers were kept out of the country. Hasn't been devised yet.

What you have to remember though, is the people I deem most offensive may not be the people you deem most offensive. So I may want you kicked out, you may want me kicked out. So who decides? As far as I can tell, the people who cause the most offence are those who want all people to think/act just like them, and what seems to annoy them the most is people not following their ideals. So the best way to "get back at" them is to do your own thing and ignore them.

These idiots haven't committed a crime, no matter how idiotic their actions were. What they have done is wound up the people they wanted to wind up.
