On the 10th, Poland Gov started checking the bomb shelters etc, as they thought there was a chance it would stray into their country.

An attack on one is an attack on all. Literally the whole purpose of NATO as a defensive alliance. 2 ‘NATO citizens’ have been murdered by an enemy. If NATO don’t respond then Putin will see it as weakness.
Its not an accident, maybe it’s target is off but the missiles were deliberately launched.

Looks like a stray missile. Poland and NATO are not stupid enough to start WW3 over a stray missile and frankly I'm surprised it's taken 9 months for this to happen.

Lots of condemning and summoning of Russian diplomats but unless it was a deliberate attack I can't see this being a huge escalation. Maybe talk of a no fly zone over western Ukraine as a response but that would be the absolute maximum.

Prove it? I mean, I agree with you it probably wasn’t but the people are still dead regardless of intention. And if NATO don’t respond, which again they may well not, you can bet that Putin will green light further ‘accidents’. Slippery slope.
If the missile had hit your loved ones home would you be ok with it being passed off as an accident?

I mean in a military sense so Poland or NATO may say they will shoot down any aircraft or rockets that stray far enough west to become a threat to NATO
