A friend thinks that it’s a ripoff but it seems like a pretty good deal to me and I’m curious to know what it would cost in your area?

12 inch pizza with two toppings. Fish and chips for one(Two pieces of fish) A portion of chips, a portion of onion rings and a 2 litre bottle of Coke?

Considering yesterday my partner bought two 12" meals at Subway for £25, that is a great bargain. I'd have guessed £30-£35. Your friend must have not bought takeaways much in the last few years.

Last night I ordered, 2 kebabs, 1 x 7inch peperoni pizza, 1 portion of chips and 1 can of diet sprite. Had delivery .. and it came to £40.26p ...
This was the kebabs, more meat on a starving sheep!

I was going to guess £40 too. It would definitely be nearly that in my area of the South East which is why I haven't had a takeaway in two years. It's genuinely not much cheaper than eating out!

In fact I've just had a look at how much a medium pepperoni pizza is from my bog standard local takeaway......£18.99!
