Too much of anything is bad for you , my partner eats 4 eggs if having omelette for dinner but 11 ? Just thinking about that gives me ibs😂

Baked beans have more protein than eggs and all the added goodness of fibre and various other vitamins in them. Tastier too imo!

If he's on a macro diet as my son often is then he's being lazy. There's a lot more work and foods involved in following that plan.

I read somewhere that we are recommended to not eat more than 5 eggs per week for cholesterol reasons, if that helps.
