Is it an 11 egg omelette too much?

Would you say an 11 egg omelette, roughly 3 times per week, is a lot/too much for 1 person?

I would normally have 2 large eggs or 3 medium ones. 11 is beyond a joke and should not be allowed.

Or that they don’t cause constipation?

Or that an approx 800 calorie meal isn't particularly excessive for a male body builder (with obvious caveat about it depending what else he ate that day and that's he's being a good boy and eating a balanced diet including all his fruit, veg and fibre).

There is a link with eggs and constipation. Vets advise you to feed scrambled eggs to diarrhoea stricken dogs! It dries up the stool.

Or do vets advise that because they, incorrectly, believe that eggs cause constipation? Or possibly because eggs are easily digestible, so gentle on an upset stomach?

Haven’t read the full thread but have we got to the bottom of why it’s 11 eggs and not 12? Is it always precisely 11 or is it just generally a large number ?

Op said he has one raw in a glass, and cooks the rest as an omelette.

Some people can eat whatever and never have to worry about constipation so it's not something you need to live in fear of. And if it did cause him to be constipated he could just eat less of them in future.

Why are you cooking his eggs? Does he expect all his meals made?

He can have as many eggs as he can afford if he makes it himself but also throwing out someone else's food is a mad move.

I think OP might be an undercover marketing shill for Big Egg. As I normally only buy 6 eggs but today I bought 12… I only made a 3 egg omelette though, and I didn’t go for the raw egg chaser.
