This popped up on my FB feed, not my local area. This would be at least double the price where I live and just wondered what it would be worth in your local area ?

Very hard to judge as there just aren't any houses like that here

Around 280,000 where I live in Somerset.

About £1.5m, London.

About £700k-£750k where I am - nice town in Hertfordshire.

I just can’t imagine living somewhere where houses are that cheap and assume it’s cheap because there’s a lack of decent schooling for children and limited job prospects.

Not in my part. At least 75K less in market town with direct train link, albeit slow, to Manchester.

I think it would be 400-500K in my relatively posh part of Edinburgh, but there are some parts where it could be as little as 200-250. I'd love a house like that.

Where I live now probably £550k (Market town West Sussex). Where we used to live 15 miles away it is more like £750k popular commuter town Surrey). Edited having read the listing.

It's really similar to the nice versions of my house a few streets over. About £350k. In the nicer part of my city, you could go to about £500k.

Round these ‘ere parts (East Mids local yokel town), anywhere between £160k to £250k, however none would have a garage, there would be a constant fight for parking, assuming any were available (otherwise you’d just go ahead and clog up another street with the same parking issues if you could), and likely be on a rat run cut through.

Which part of NW England? I’m also NW, in my area that would be up for 425ish

£230k-270k if in a good area and done up to a similar standard.

Cheapest of the same size within 5 miles is £90k - habitable, but in need of a fair bit of work. And not the best location.
