2x cappuccinos

homemade Shepard’s pie and sweetheart cabbage with gravy

will be houmos and carrots

Weetabix, mixed seeds, oat milk and kefir for breakfast

brie and blueberry toastie (sourdough bread), 2 satsumas, 2 dark chocolates, handful of kettle chips

2 chocolate chip cookies

roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, Yorkshire puddings.

2 tea, coffee, 2 herbal teas, 2 glasses of water, kombucha. Will have another water and herbal tea this evening.

0% fat yogurt with banana, raspberries, blueberry’s and a teaspoon of honey.

whole meal pitta with a poached egg and fat less bacon.

Slow cooked beef, veggie traybake with fry light on. Fatless gravy.

Melon, pineapple and grape fruit salad.

Home made chocolate cake (Mary berry recipe)

slow cooked beef (I overcooked it but no one mentioned it)
gravy (the liquid the beef was cooked in)
sweetheart cabbage
carrots
broccoli
sweet corn (green giant, heated in the microwave in a mug)
half a Yorkshire pudding.

Lunch was some tiger baguettes with grated Wensleydale and pickle, a bag of mccoys and a Cadbury delight.

Dinner was butter chicken (Patak’s curry kit; not bad, dh made it), an m&s onion bhaji and 1/4 a small naan.

and lots of my usual drink which is a sugar free sparkling drink that is very outing!

Lunch was a tub of cottage cheese with pineapple (grahams, not the other delicious one, longley farm?).

Dinner is toad in the hole, chips, peas and gravy.

I doubt I’ll have space, but I do have some mini apple pies and mini pots of custard for pudding.

Today: porridge, peanut butter, raisins, pumpkin spice
Lunch was sweet potato soup, cinnamon raisin soda bread and a banana
Dinner is lentil, barley and mushroom casserole with cabbage and sausages. Chocolate sponge.

I had a roll with ham and tomato with a bag of crisps for lunch.

Dinner was a cheese and tomato calzone with tomatoes and cucumber followed by a low fat yoghurt.

No snacks as I've nothing in the house.

God knows why im fat!!

Eggs Benedict and a hot chocolate at the garden centre, bliss! Managed half the eggs, so fillin!

dinner was a piece of sourdough baguette with rotisserie chicken, stuffing, mayo and redcurrant jelly.

Breakfast was two fried eggs, 1/4 tin beans, a bit of pretty dry soda bread

Lunch- ham salad roll, jalapeno and dill crisps

Dinner - chicken thighs with some awful BBQ sauce, pumpkin, jacket potato, a strawberry yoghurt (Longley Farm, best in the world) and a banana.

AF beer, diet coke
fruit crumble and custard

Manual job and 22,000 steps today so not feeling guilt about the biscuits at all!
