Ageing neck - what do you use?

I recently turned 40 and from about 39 I started noticing that my neck was ageing faster than anywhere else on my body. For a year I have been using the following and see no difference

  • this works - perfect cleavage and neck serum
  • beauty pie - uber youth neck and chest serum
  • elevate collagen - for three months bow

any other products that people have found that really work?

I am muh older (58) and had good results using Prai neck creams.

I find that the best thing to improve the look of a sagging neck is to breathe on the mirror.

StriVectin TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream Plus

swear by it. Amazing results

The local vicar has seemed to have addessed the problem with just a bit of cardboard cut from a Kellogg's Corn Flake packet in place of a tie.

Mind you his Cassock helps too, covering a multitude of sins - if you'll pardon the expression. 🫰

I think boy George had a great idea with just tattooing over it! 🤪

Thank you - will have a look - not too pricey and can use my boots card!

Yes Prai is good

Nugg · 20/08/2025 19:56

One of my daughters gifted me last year for my birthday you barely need any and it’s so good!

Alumier MD - medical grade creams/ serums.
If you are really stressed about it, there are aesthetic treatments you could have, but they are obviously more expensive….

Nothing. Ageing is normal, so I don't need to cover it up.
Buy some nice scarves, if it bothers you.

I honestly don’t know why people post like this on mumsnet. If it doesn’t bother you that’s great - I’m really happy for you. Read and move on. It does really bother me - I hate it. Do you think I should be ashamed of this?

Using a tens machine on a low setting on neck and jawline less than £30 and very similar to expensivevtreatments - you can also use it for pain relief which also goes hand in hand with getting older

SPF 50 everyday on face and neck. Wish I’d started earlier. Am now 54 and mine isn’t too bad but I’ve definitely noticed it in the last few years. I used Beauty Pie Uber lift which smells lovely but noticed no difference
