For me, its spinach. I eat it raw with every meal. I can easily get through 1kg a week by myself 😮

For DP, its tinned fish. He has it every day for lunch. He treats himself to fancy ones which is currently costing us about £150 a month 😮

What about you?

150 a month on one persons lunch! Wow
misses point

I have a bag of crisps most days

GrumpyTwatFace · 25/06/2025 12:32

Well @greencartbluecart quite. That's a whole different thread topic 😅

Coffee. always slightly surprised when i go for a blood test and it doesn’t come out looking like espresso. I have easily 10 a day, more on tired day.

iamnotalemon · 25/06/2025 12:34

I drink far too much squash for a woman in her mid 40s haha, but there are worse habits I guess!

ThisUsernameIsNowTaken · 25/06/2025 12:34

Tea, tomatoes

GluttonousHag · 25/06/2025 12:35

Tea, oranges, Greek yoghurt.

Also boggling at the £150 a month tinned fish habit? Is he taking caviar sandwiches for lunch or something?

AnchorWHAT · 25/06/2025 12:37

Bread, oh and wine 😳

thenightsky · 25/06/2025 12:37

Bottled sparking water and tea.

Honeypickle · 25/06/2025 12:37

Diet Coke. Far too many cans a day.

PepsiForEva · 25/06/2025 12:39

Well, despite what my username suggests, I never drink Pepsi. Grin
However I used to consume way too much prosecco and wine. I have not had a drink for 15 days now and considering we have been out twice in those 15 days I have saved nearly £150 on wine alone. Its all water all the way for me now. I feel loads better and sleep better also.

I've never been sure what the 'right' amount of squash is for grown-ups.

Me and DP are late-30s/early-40s and have squash with every meal, and in the afternoons for a treat 😅I feel like that's okay but a part of me also thinks that adults I knew as a kid definitely didn't drink squash!

Chocolate

nothing compares to it. I crave it and search for it every day.

Are we twins? Instead of a liquor shelf I have several bottles of fruit squash, I drink it all day, everyday and completely agree that there are far worse vices out there!
