For me it's household bin liners, life is too short to faff around with splitting and leaking rubbish for the sake of saving 10p

Cheese. I don't mean I get it from a fancy cheesemonger, but I would never buy cheap mild cheddar.

Haircuts. Buy all my clothes second hand but can’t scrimp on the haircut. You wear it every day, after all.

Healthcare and education

Washing-up liquid, bog roll, bin bags.

WiFi

Cheese, greek yoghurt, honey (will only buy local honey) ,tinned tomatoes, coffee.

Real coffee. The day I have to drink instant is the day I start drinking tea.

Lurpak
Live music - I love going to see expensive bands in expensive locations.

Dental care
Good quality fruit

Decent quality cat food.

Heating. I hate, hate, hate being cold and I refuse to dress like the Michelin Man in the comfort of my own home. Obviously if the time ever comes when it's a toss between heating and eating, then I'll have to think again but until then the heating goes on when I want it to.

Health & education.

And yes I realise how privileged I am to have any choice.

We just use the 30p check out bags as bin liners nowadays - they’re just the right size for our bin and strong enough, they’re also actually cheaper than the shitty bin bags you can buy… oh and they’re dual purpose 😂

I would never scrimp on butter. It has to be proper butter, none of this shit with oil mixed in.

Business case travel - luckily have enough air miles to last forever.

Will it be real tea?

Perfume. Eau de toilette just isn't strong enough.

Ice cream. There is a notable difference in flavour and texture between cheap and expensive.

Agree on the bin liners, although I have had a few disappointing ones even on the more expensive end.

Haircare products. My hair is curly and difficult to manage; cheap brands are useless in taming the frizz.

Shoes

I think I'm scrimping on everything these days but I can't give up butter or my phone.

Anything, life is too short.

Washing up liquid and fabric conditioner.....has to be lemon fairy and blue comfort! Following in my mums footsteps Lol. My nan was the same too

Plenty of fresh fruit & veg, good quality wholemeal bread and decent coffee.

And I only buy British meat and fish.

Eggs, butter, cheese, meat. Animal products basically

Hmmm. I can't think of anything always happy to try things and see how it goes.

Tea. I always have quite a few types of loose-leaf tea on the go, plus a box of good quality tea bags.

Heating, comfortable shoes and a warm, waterproof coat. I live in Scotland, so these things make a big difference!
