What’s the universally best received homemade cake in a work place?

I think it’s brownies (no nuts). Everyone likes a homemade brownie.

I want to bake for my team this weekend. Needs to be something pre-portioned as no knives on site. Nothing fragile like cupcakes as need to take on the bus.

When I used to work in an office, I used to take in a gin & tonic cake, which is like lemon drizzle with added gin. It's a crowdpleaser for sure.

Lemon drizzle. It's clean and easy to eat. Anything squidgy or with butter cream or chocolate goes last as there are never plates and everyone knows they will drop it down their front

Chocolate cake, brownies always feel a disappointment compared to cake. Although years ago I had someone who made chocolate chip cookies and that was always amazing. Lemon drizzle is meh.
