It is so clean, and so cared for.

Blackcats7 · 23/08/2024 21:40

Christ on a bike!

Gummybear23 · 23/08/2024 21:40

Good for them.
They like it and don't give a tuppence what everyone else thinks.
They probably hated the grey trend everyone else adopted.

The Atkinson family love it so sod those who don't.

butterfly0404 · 23/08/2024 21:43

Not a million miles from me, might book a viewing :-)

Babyworriesreal · 23/08/2024 21:45

Love it! They've visited too many NT properties.

MotherJessAndKittens · 23/08/2024 21:46

OK - it's like a stately home sort off.

Sparrowball · 23/08/2024 21:51

Another2Cats · 23/08/2024 21:30

Just to add that it's really weird that on photo 13 one of the two statues of, presumably, Chinese Terracotta Army soldiers is blurred out but the other isn't.

Was there something rude about the blurred out statute?

Likewise, one of the two heads of Buddha has been blurred out but not the other.

Do they have some sort of naughty version of each statue that isn't suitable to be seen in public?

Also, part of the birdbath is blurred out as well. What sort of statuary do these people have going on in their back garden that the estate agents feel obliged to blur it out?

The blurred photo seems to have a penis, I'd imagine the others are similar.

itsmeagainagain · 23/08/2024 21:53

oh I love that! 😂the conservatory finished me off!

HelpMeGetThrough · 23/08/2024 21:54

Interior design by Cynthia Payne.

Needapadlockonmyfridge · 23/08/2024 22:01

My word
It's rather individual, isn't it.

Lavenderandbrown · 23/08/2024 22:01

It’s amusing how very many posters mention …it’s not bland and grey…like there is only that or this. I haven’t been in a grey house ever some pieces parts sure but not an entire house. I think this house is clean and reasonably organized but the cleaning products in the basket and glassware boxes under the hutches just seem off to me. I’m older so it’s what my mum called ”Liberace”. I have viewed a few wildly decorated houses (without warning) and they still live on in my memory and this would too if I walked into it.

SpanielPaws · 23/08/2024 22:04

It's like your Nan did some decorating after finding a bag of E tablets and thinking they were her blood pressure pills.

RightTrainer · 23/08/2024 22:04

Why has the statue been blurred on the left in picture 13???
But fair play to them, I like they’ve gone for what they like and not just to sell in the future.

Thindog · 23/08/2024 22:12

An Englishman's home is his castle. Truly fabulous.

I genuinely feel a panic attack coming on. Ugh I feel so icky. Worst house ever.

Me too, sorry to the owners if you're reading this but it looks like a Victorian brothel....

Milkand2sugarsplease · 23/08/2024 22:21

Well, they've committed to it haven't they??! Bloody hell, the whole thing is "done" so fair play to them.
A gold sink is a new one on me, and the drapes in the kitchen....
It's eclectic!!

Lifeomars · 23/08/2024 22:32

They must have had so much fun shopping for all the stuff in there. Imagine when they have to pack it all up to leave, it would take about a month. Not my taste at all, in fact it would bring on a migraine. and those floors look so slippery, lethal with a few drinks down your neck.

Roomforapony · 23/08/2024 22:37

Auburngal · 23/08/2024 21:13

He would have everything animal print and with that satin wacky purple headboard on his bed as shown on the show https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/138063544801854632/

I bet that’s in the 3rd bedroom! It explains why there’s no photo as it would reveal his whereabouts to the Driscoll Brothers🫣

Loonaandalf · 23/08/2024 22:38

I just vomited 😅

SprigatitoYouAndIKnow · 23/08/2024 22:42

Love it when people commit to a theme. Turns out I never knew a Belfast sink could be gold.

AInightingale · 23/08/2024 22:57

I’m older so it’s what my mum called ”Liberace”.

My mother would have said 'oh dear God, Bet Lynch!'

Dunnoburt · 23/08/2024 23:00

Recently renovated 😂
