Boofips · 08/08/2024 18:16

39 yes

Beth216 · 08/08/2024 18:16

49, yes - I recommend a bit of easy yoga, only needs 10 minutes morning and evening.

thursdaymurderclub · 08/08/2024 18:16

58.. and yes

Vroomfondleswaistcoat · 08/08/2024 18:17

63 and yes, just about. There's some creaking, mind.

bilbodog · 08/08/2024 18:17

67 and yes but ive got short legs and a short body so its easy - nothing to do with being fit.

SpanielintheWorks · 08/08/2024 18:18

Ancient, and yes, easily. But I have short legs.

Waitingfordoggo · 08/08/2024 18:18

Nearly 47 and yes. Can put hands flat on floor.

ParisinFrance · 08/08/2024 18:18

AKAanothername · 08/08/2024 18:18

57, yes. Not very fit but still quite supple!

StormingNorman · 08/08/2024 18:18

45 and flat hands

gingercat02 · 08/08/2024 18:19

55 yes easily. Years of pilates have kept me quite bendy

Sunflowersinthewind · 08/08/2024 18:19

41 and hands flat on floor. Hypermobility helps though!

warningsecurityguards · 08/08/2024 18:19

43 and yes. No prob.

If you don’t have a disability you’ll have to work on your shit OP.
no-one’s gonna do it for you. Sadly.

SwedishEdith · 08/08/2024 18:19

60 and yes. My eldest, gym goer and sporty, has never been able to touch her toes though.

MrsAvocet · 08/08/2024 18:19

58, yes.
My Mum could put her hands on the floor well into her 70s and my DD is a dancer so we're a reasonably flexible family.

Omnium · 08/08/2024 18:20

57 and yes

toomanytonotice · 08/08/2024 18:20

52 yes.

i can also do the splits and a backbend again after taking up yoga a couple of months ago.

x88mph · 08/08/2024 18:20

Pushing 50, yes, even though I'm not a flexible person at all (could never make my fingers touch behind my back). I've got a long body and short legs, so it's not difficult at all!

ParisinFrance · 08/08/2024 18:21

That’s everybody except me!

OP posts:
ringmybe11 · 08/08/2024 18:21

Wow I'm 41 and a no. I have tight hamstrings and even after a couple of years of daily stretches I'm still nowhere near although I feel looser & more comfortable than I used to!

Carebearsonmybed · 08/08/2024 18:21

I couldn't even when I was in primary school

OpenBox · 08/08/2024 18:22

54 and yes! Easy

Bamboozles · 08/08/2024 18:22

67 yes and flat hands too! But I still struggle to walk for a long time 🤣

thinkfast · 08/08/2024 18:22
