Never been able to, even with I did school BAGA gymnastics.

MoltenLasagne · 08/08/2024 18:22

Mid 30s and I can literally just touch with the tips of my fingers... Shock

SagittariusUprising · 08/08/2024 18:22

43 and, yes, flat on the floor

muddyford · 08/08/2024 18:23

61 and flat hands on the floor.

Speckson · 08/08/2024 18:23

Easy-peasy. I can do the fingers behind back thing too. Can't chew my toenails any more though 😥

Drogdab · 08/08/2024 18:23

It’s MNs, everyone will tell you they can!

Yes.

YesItsMe44 · 08/08/2024 18:23

Yes, both hands flat on the floor.

Westfacing · 08/08/2024 18:24

About to be 70 - yes

DancingNotDrowning · 08/08/2024 18:24

Mid 40’s and hands flat on floor.

I could barely get past my knees at beginning of year due to tight hamstrings but I bend every morning and now it’s easy. I can also do the splits 😊

Eyesopenwideawake · 08/08/2024 18:24

61 in a couple of weeks and can put hands flat on the floor. Can't stand on one leg for toffee though!

NatureofSociety · 08/08/2024 18:24

59 and flat hands!

Throughaletterbox · 08/08/2024 18:24

56 and yes. Not something I'd choose to do though...😳

ReadWithScepticism · 08/08/2024 18:25

Ancient and easily.

Well, 61 and I can put my hands flat on the floor.

alrightluv · 08/08/2024 18:25

56 and yes. Can put hands flat in front. Tall with long torso. I do stretch a lot though but keep meaning to start yoga again. Maybe try it if you haven't OP?

NotMeNoNo · 08/08/2024 18:26

54, easily thanks to Pilates (or very short legs)

Hawkerslife · 08/08/2024 18:26

37 and no. I'm fit though, running over 20 miles a week and strength training a couple of times.

Apparently it isn't indicative of fitness. In my case I just have tight calves.

Mumoftwochildrenand6furkids · 08/08/2024 18:26

Im 30 and yes I can touch my toes.

IBegYourBiggestPardon · 08/08/2024 18:26

39 and no

YorkieTheRabbit · 08/08/2024 18:26

Yes, I’m 57 and can my hands flat on the floor

Drogdab · 08/08/2024 18:26

Op, have you stretched your legs really far apart & tried?

Athena51 · 08/08/2024 18:26

56 and can put my hands flat on the floor with arms bent not straight. I have ridiculously stretchy hamstrings though.

EmeraldDreams73 · 08/08/2024 18:26

51, fat, and just about. Used to be a lot easier.

DigbysMum23 · 08/08/2024 18:26

36 AND 32 weeks preggo with twins and yes!!! I feel so proud!!!

BobbyBiscuits · 08/08/2024 18:27

I have to try a few times and it's not that easy but yes, eventually. If I practiced I'd probably be more flexible. One leg is an inch shorter than the other now due to bodged hip surgery so I'm a bit wonky and lost an inch in height.
I'm mid 40s. But have worse bone density than an 85 yo!
