People who judge people for liking things that they don't are weirder

Not everything will be ok and relentless Instagram friendly mantras about living in the moment and learning to dance in the rain are giving way to truly selfish, impulsive behaviours which are not feasible long term. Yes life is for living but do you really need another credit card, Lisa? And yes your child really does need you to pick them up on time. They shouldn't have to stand in the playground because you can't be arsed to leave Costa.

I think you can see at the start (,first few months) of most relationships what will go wrong whether that's deal breaker level or mild annoyance. Too many people prioritise not being alone over finding someone they actually get on with and overlook the blindingly obvious.

Thank you! Yes! Mostly the furniture is cheap and tacky, their sizing is not consistent across countries, and the obligatory 10 mile hike around the store is so annoying!

I think faith should be mostly personal and private - ok if it’s shared respectfully, but far too often it’s not, and it certainly should not be used to help legislate against things people might find uncomfortable, but that others may genuinely need, or can’t change (abortion/birth control/sexuality etc).

Women (and men) who don’t want children aren’t selfish, but the reasons people cite for having children, often while berating child free people, tend to be selfish ones.

Ted Lasso was mediocre at best (I actually thought it was shite). If it’d been on a “mainstream” channel we wouldn’t have got as excited about it. The acting in it was awful - Hannah Waddingham/Juno/the Roy Keane one/the coach guy. 🤷‍♀️

The premis of Baby Reindeer Is horrifying I don't care if it was "his experience " they didn't disguise the woman at all and I think it was intentional and the people who are making memes about it should hang there heads in shame !
