The contractor here is SSCL owned by massive French conglomerate Sopra-Steria - who have also been involved in scandals over NHS business services and running the immigration application system.

It’s on Reuters and other outlets with no denial. It’ll be interesting to see what all the Tory MPs badmouthing Sunak will do.

Nothing is going to unite the Tories faster than a VONC. Until about 30secs until Rishi’s survived it.

Boris survived at least 1 from his party and he didn’t last long after the one in June 2022.

I dont know about the significance of October. If they lose their seat in an election MPs get 4 months salary to wind up their office and I think a quarter of their annual salary as severance payment.

I think it will be instructive to see just how hypocritical some of them are and it certainly proves fodder for the opposition election campaigns. I wonder how Ms Braverman will vote after her rabid attack on Sunday?

I think that’s definitely the intention. Last week’s results will definitely have ignited fire in the opposition bellies. It should be an entertaining few months.

We don't need an entertaining few months in politics though, we are desperately in need of good governance, and the longer it takes to get it, the more of a shit show we have to deal with. The country is on its knees and getting worse.

Sadly it seems it's going to take the longest possible time.

Well if Sunak’s going to make us wait months it might as well have some light relief in the mix.

The longer Sunak waits, the more scandals will emerge.

Would be entertainment in itself I suppose, these ejjits really shouldn’t be in charge of a lucky bag, let alone a country.
