Over the past month, we've taken significant steps to address the root causes of these delays. To gain a deeper understanding, we've flown our Head of Fulfilment from Australia to our contracted fulfilment centre in the UK. This allowed us to identify various areas of improvement within the fulfilment process, with the ultimate goal of establishing a more robust and efficient warehouse operation.
While we are actively working on implementing these improvements, we acknowledge the severity of the situation. We want to express our genuine disappointment that we have fallen short of meeting the expectations of our loyal customers. Please know that we take this matter seriously, and we are committed to rectifying the situation as swiftly as possible.

Please note, the current delays at our fulfilment centre has had a flow-on effect on our customer service response times due to an influx of enquiries. We are currently sitting at around a 12 business day turnaround time.
