I don’t understand the bed/bath situation- is it just getting updated frequently? When you posted @catbla2957 you mentioned it has 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Then @Luckydog7 said 11 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms but when I look at the listing it now says 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Does it keep changing?? Why??

Oh, the description says 11 beds 15 baths and the main bit says 11 beds 13 baths. That’s weird.

In the Bristol one, photo 15 has a little Penny Farthing beside the window. You just KNOW that's going to start peddling around all by itself at midnight when you're in the house on your own don't you? 😨

I’d love to see the conveyancing pack for this one. Never in a million years did any council approve plan to increase a footprint from a 4 bed to 11 bed 😂 Absolutely zero chance the work conforms to building regs either.

The EA looks like one of the American agency jobs where the ‘agent’ (who bears more than a passing resemblance to Peter Sutcliffe) does everything himself - hence the pictures that look like they were taken whilst on a rollercoaster. Absolutely no money changed hands with an actual photographer it would seem. Plus, no english EA would value this at anything like the asking. God loves a trier though, apparently.

Agree, utterly terrible photos. Loads are repeated, random dude in the mirror, beds unmade.

Bedrooms look tiny, garden is literally a patch of land (although God knows what they'd have done to it given what they've done to the house!!)

This feels like a case of putting a really high price tag on the property because it's unique. But unique ain't necessarily a good thing!! 😂 I don't believe any agent took those photos, so I wonder if the vendors have specified the crazy price tag too...
