I thought it was ready for someone to go in with the CSI type black light thing looking for blood...I mean I did also notice the nice polythene murder sheet on the bed...and like that could explain why the rooms are so small...all those bodies hidden behind false walls 😈

I can’t believe that it’s potentially going to become a care home when those rooms are so small!!

I think that's been a swingers club venue, hence all the teeny bedrooms upstairs, and the weird open plan downstairs, not to mention the conveniently ample parking!.

It's very odd. Does not look at all suitable for a care home. It's not really very big

I agree it's most likely for the land. From what I can tell from that planning application reference I posted earlier, the retrospective application is still open.

Interestingly the sob story as to why such a big property was needed is that he needs to house his wife's extended family. Which smells of bs if he's selling up.

It's right on the edge of a massive new estate Kilnwood Vale and next to the old Bewbush area. Doubt Kilnwood want it. There's a brand new garage much needed just up the road so no call for that and plot is narrow and difficult to access due to the proximity of the roundabout. There is often traffic queuing past it's entrance.

The outside is far superior to the inside.
