You sound like you're coming from a negative place, are you ok and do you want to talk instead about why you feel you need a kick up the bum and want strangers on the internet to comment on your appearance, in a way you seem to assume would be negative?

For what it's worth, if that's what I saw stating back at the mirror I'd be delighted. You look healthy, fit and fantastic.

From skin on your arms and neck I would say mid to late thirties. Hands look younger so possibly mid thirties.

Your arms have some definition there. You are wearing Zara jeans.( Zara and overweight don’t mix in my experience) I would put you at 5’3”. I think you are a size ten. No idea of your age, but your hands look smooth and young.
From what I see you look good. Has your weight changed and you don’t feel good about it ?

Cannot believe people are guessing 16 - I’d say a size 8 at the most but factors like height really come into it. Weight is carried so differently on someone who is tall, they also weigh more than you think. No way of guessing age.
I also hope you’re okay Op because this is a bit of a red flag … could be someone with an eating disorder and then someone guesses 16. Nothing wrong with a size 16 (I was 18 once), but come on…

I’d say a 12 - and no idea how much you weigh or how old you are! What I would say is that posters who ask others on here to guess their weight/age tend to get some very harsh - and at times ridiculous - responses which might be very hurtful if you’re feeling fragile.
