I have no fucking idea because obviously we can’t see your face and have no idea how tall you are. You look reasonably slim. I like the jeans. That top looks like something Dougal from Father Ted would wear. That’s all I can say really.

Size 10 ? Jeans aren’t flattering that why I think most are saying bigger ? Impossible to guess age without a face lol but the top and jeans style I’d guess over 40

I think about size 12 as well. No idea about weight or age - don't do weight and impossible to guess age without seeing your face, but due to the tops of your arms I would say late 40s/early 50s.

From just seeing a pair of arms?
No idea. Not the most flattering of outfits but we've all been there.
Plus, changing rooms - never great.

The jeans are unflattering : too tight around the crotch. With the right size they would look 100% better. Age anywhere between 30 and 50 but can’t tell without face! Size depends on height I would say size 12. Can’t guess weight without height but upper end of healthy BMI.

I think I have plantar fasciitis and I thought it could be because I’m heavy?
I’d like to be 65kg, I was around that for most of my 30s, and have been (pre kids) 55kg. That probably wasn’t healthy. I’d be happy with 60kg. I don’t like how I look now, I’m not losing sleep over it just want to do/be better

Fwiw. I can 'look' anything between an 8 and a 14, depending on outfit, angle, time of day, time of month. I am a 10-12.

Why do you need a kick up the bum? Presumably you can do nothing about your age or size (assuming you mean height) so they're pretty irrelevant.
You don't look massively overweight either so your questions are baffling, even if you had given posters enough info to guess.

Your posture isn’t great which makes you look slumped and podgier than you probably actually are. Work on that and try weights which focus on your upper arms, shoulders and back. You’ll look much better, and feel it too.

No idea about age and weight, but I'd have said no more than size 12. You look pretty good in those jeans and I think many would be envious.

Definitely not a size 16...I'm a size 16 and I'm bigger than you. You're a size 12 imo though you probably do fit into some size 10 stuff depending on the shop.
