Ah just read your update - you’re beautiful as you are and I encourage you to embrace your body as it is.

If you lose or put on a few pounds don’t worry. After children and with age the body changes and that is all very normal.

As for the feet, you aren’t that heavy. It can happen for a variety of reasons. Buy Birkenstocks they work wonders. 💐

They just aren’t very flattering clothes for your figure - the jeans aren’t the right fit for your shape so they hang weirdly, and the top droops and bunches around your middle and gives the impression you have a flabby stomach. As I said in my previous post, your posture doesn’t help: you’re slouching, which rounds your shoulders and makes your top half look undefined. Don’t beat yourself up - you need to find your style and literally stand up for yourself more!

Your arms looked very toned and you look to be in great shape. Zara sizing is on the small side, always has been.

why why why do people make these pointless posts? If someone says you look size 6, age 25 would it make you feel better? Or 55, size 18, would it confirm whatever you think? Stop looking for validation or whatever it is you're looking for from strangers on the internet

Age 45, Size 14, weight hard to say as not sure of height but I'd say about 10 stone.

Wow, you’re exactly the same weight, age and height as me but you look much better! I have gained 20kg since 2019 and I hate the way I look. Peri menopause has hit (and I’ve been a lazy lethargic pig).

Size 12. Bad lighting on one arm but looking at the other one I'd say about 38-42. Probs my not much older if you are shopping at Zara. I think you have a lovely figure....

Can't see your face, your arms look slightly toned so maybe mid 30s. I think size 12-14 but more so 12. The jeans look baggy. I dont know what weight you are as depends on height too maybe about 68kg?
