34 yrs/ 150#/size L or 12.

40, size 10/12 and 9.7 stone

I'd say mid 40's to early 50's, around 5ft4 -5ft5 and a size 12

The lighting is very harsh though and I'm going by arms and neck for age, so apologies if I got that wrong!

It's a bit tricky to guess height as the photo angle foreshortens your legs

37, size 10 ontop, size 10/12 on bottom. For your (enviable) figure I would wear more fitted jeans around the hips and bum that are straight cut and a more fitted top with sleeves, more supportive bra.

What from a photograph of a pair of arms 🤣. Ok you look slightly overweight size 14, probably more 16 and around 12 stone, going by your clothing you are in your late 40s. Even just a pic of your neck would have helped to place your age better, people who carry weight don't tend to look as old as someone who is skinny (just going off arms, then again skinny faces do tend to age more).

I may word it differently but I agree with @Whatt about the crotch area , the jeans really look lumpy and ill fitting.

Also, I am basing my weight guess on you being 5'7" or within an inch (I used my height). If you are shorter, I'd take about 3-5# for each inch that you are shorter.

The jeans and tucked in tops in the shops right now look good on hardly anyone, so they don't help.

The PF could be down to your shoes. Like a PP I got due to walking miles each day during lockdown in trainers that wore out. New trainers a few minutes a day rolling a tennis ball around with my foot sorted it out.
