Song that you irrationally hate…

Mine is (I’ve Had) the Time of My Life, from ‘Dirty Dancing’.

It’s like nails on a chalk board and I can’t even explain why. It’s not even the worst song but it gives me rage and I always have to turn over the radio when it’s on.

Add to that any song by Anastacia, although these days she is rarely played on the radio.

I’m hoping that it’s not just me and suspect everyone has “that song” that they just cannot stand, for no rhyme nor reason. What is yours?

It stands to the reason that the songs that are hated by some are loved by others. You can only really hate a song if it's played over and over because it's popular with some.

There are some voices I can’t stand, no matter what the song. Jess Glynne, Ellie Goulding, Florence Welch. Urgh.

It is a terrible song anyway. Then it gets hijacked into a novelty song with stupid actions at idiotic parties with a DJ. Then the football crowd claim it. No escape!

Someone actually requested it on the radio the other day and I thought Wtf! And immediately switched over to another station!
