Mine is (I’ve Had) the Time of My Life, from ‘Dirty Dancing’.

It’s like nails on a chalk board and I can’t even explain why. It’s not even the worst song but it gives me rage and I always have to turn over the radio when it’s on.

Add to that any song by Anastacia, although these days she is rarely played on the radio.

I’m hoping that it’s not just me and suspect everyone has “that song” that they just cannot stand, for no rhyme nor reason. What is yours?

Most of the Christmas songs they play on the loop in shops and especially Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas 🙄

So many! I hate Pink, Kylie, The Corrs, Jess Glynne, Cerys bloody Matthews and middle of the road shit like Oletta Adams, M People and predictable radio fodder. But the worst songs for me are Birdhouse in your Fucking Soul, Don't Speak (loathe Gwen Stefani), anything by a Spice Girl group or individually, anything by the bastard Cardigans, the Friends theme (hate the programme too), and that insipid Kiss Me song! That's just for starters!

Got subjected to Manchild by Neneh Cherry on the radio earlier, awful song!

Yes, I don't get (even before it was on a programme or something) why people rate that song, it's depressing. There are so many good Kate Bush songs but people go on about that one.

Have we had Summer of '69? And the Bryan Adams version of Boys of Summer (the DJ Sammy version is ok.)
