Mine is (I’ve Had) the Time of My Life, from ‘Dirty Dancing’.

It’s like nails on a chalk board and I can’t even explain why. It’s not even the worst song but it gives me rage and I always have to turn over the radio when it’s on.

Add to that any song by Anastacia, although these days she is rarely played on the radio.

I’m hoping that it’s not just me and suspect everyone has “that song” that they just cannot stand, for no rhyme nor reason. What is yours?

Jump Around, by House of Pain. Always played at parties as a teenager and at uni, and used to be my cue to go to the bathroom to avoid getting stamped on. Don't often hear it these days, thank goodness.

Also loathe that Slade Christmas song where he screams 'its Chriiiiistmaaaaaaaaaaaas', it's like nails on a blackboard to me.
