As before, anybody newly stumbling upon this is very welcome to join us (even if still awaiting diagnosis). But we'd be grateful if others could leave us alone please, like the NT man we encountered in thread #1. 🤣

@Jellycats4life im currently awaiting assessment for ADHD. I’m 55 and can only imagine what I might have achieved had I been diagnosed and treated when younger. If only it really was a bit of “loveable scatiness” I wouldn’t be seeking a diagnosis. And why is people’s perception of adhd only what affects them rather than the sufferer ie “bless her, she’s a bit scatty” and not “FUCK, why have I NEVER got it together, where’s my keys, handbag, other shoe? Omg! I’m going to be late again, everyone hates me”

The rejection sensitivity dysphoria completely breaks me sometimes.

Last night I was awake all night because I had a post deleted. I had not meant to cause offence. This happens often to me. Then the RSD kicks in and it destroys me.
