Once, a long time ago, marked an exam script for a girl named Barley. A teacher from her school was on my team, and when I commented what an unusual, but lovely, name it was, told me about her sisters, Wheat and Oat. I’ve never been 100% sure whether I was having my leg pulled.

Bairnsmum05 · 03/07/2023 18:58

Tallulah. Have never encountered another.

shinepud · 03/07/2023 18:58

Afriqnmun. It's hippie-speak for "African moon", apparently.

JanesBlond · 03/07/2023 18:59

Oh I have also met an Asia. And a Kenya.

Hereandgoneagain · 03/07/2023 19:01

I also came across a Whyborn (boy) once, which I thought was just plain cruel.

loislovesstewie · 03/07/2023 19:01

Well, Santiago is a perfectly reasonable name.

JoeyRamonesHair · 03/07/2023 19:01

Met a Titus at university, but never since. Iseult is my daughter's middle name :)

Copperas · 03/07/2023 19:01

JoeLovesGina · 03/07/2023 19:03
