Yea I know it’s the first proper hot day, but I’m already suffering. I have a splitting headache that painkillers won’t touch. Always happens when it’s hot.

I get heat exhaustion really easily

It's a lot cooler here this evening

Was 27c at 9pm yesterday inside

Currently around 19 degrees here but it feels hotter due to the mugginess

Hate it. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be getting any cooler anytime soon. Think it's going to be even hotter than last year which is a horrible thought.

It’s boiling hot in all the bedrooms tonight. Making me feel sick, it’s horrid.

Thunder and loads of rain here and still no cooler

We has a few rumbles of thunder and a bit of rain but it's no cooler.

I heard it's back up to 30 again this weekend ;

So much cooler last night and today thank god. Still a bit muggy but it's fine.

I'm going to try and go on long evening walks to loose weight so the heat doesn't affect me as much whilst it's cooler.

I have my fan!! It’s charging now but a quick go and it seems to be ok. The biggest challenge will be sports day on Friday. See if it works there.

Looks to be even hotter as the week progresses. When will this end? Seems like it has gone on for weeks now.

It's supposed to be a blissful 19 degrees and rain today. So far so good, but yes it's increasing and looks like back up to 27 degrees by the end of the week. ☹️

I hate running or exercise in this heat. I'm sensible and do it late night or early morning, but even at 8pm last night it was too warm.

They are brilliant, you are a star for sharing the link. I'm trying to organise 2 rooms for decorating 😩 sweating 😓 it's ridiculous. It's supposed to rain and thunder today, nope they lie it's sunny and thick muggy air.
I've spent the last hour putting spearmint oil and citronella on all the windows along with lemon wedges, studded with cloves and dusted in cinnamon oil 🤣
The flies enter at their own risk! I've also ordered these for outside arriving tomorrow. The dogs aren't panting as much today.

It’s so much cooler today. It’s lovely. Even the cat is sprawled out airing off her belly

It's so humid here still despite it pouring down . My living room is 25.3 at the moment. The thought of it getting hotter as the week goes on is not a good one

Torrential rain and a cool breeze today. I'm very grateful.

Thought of another 2 months of this is just horrendous. It's a bit cooler today but it won't last.

It's cold today and torrential (I don't use the word lightly either) rain. I'm off work and have had my dressing gown on in the house to keep warm.

It’s not too bad here. Slightly warmer than necessary and a bit too muggy to be called comfortable but it’s ok.

Trouble is, it just ends up depressing me too much to just enjoy the weekend

It's 29.3 in my living room despite curtains being shut an fan blasting on max setting. It's hideous. My friend helped me move the bed earlier and I had to empty and refill the drawers. I was drenched from head to toe.
