Yea I know it’s the first proper hot day, but I’m already suffering. I have a splitting headache that painkillers won’t touch. Always happens when it’s hot.

I get heat exhaustion really easily

We've had thunder, lightning and a bit of rain, but it's still roasting. An ice cream has just stopped at the end of our driveway.

Next to no rain here. Hoping it comes down in the night to cool it all down.
