Did anyone just watch Holly on This Morning when it started?

All felt very rehearsed and wooden. Josie has obviously been told to take the lead now.

I'm wondering if they will mix & match the presenters going forward, I think that would be a good idea. Then no one becomes complacent and some totally new presenters would be like a breath of fresh air.

Her 'Are you ok? ' shows how detached she is from reality.

I think they've all known the truth since he came out, or more likely beforehand but this is just to cover themselves, pretending it's all a shock that he lied, I expect the whole cover up will be exposed.

To make the connection seem less personal I think. Essentially she is distancing herself from him. She has no desire to be dragged down with him, and his scandal. Which is normal. Whether she knew what had been going on, or not is obviously debatable, to those that wish to do so, of course.

i assumed the They was so it could also be referring to the Runner

It smacks of 'Our facade is crumbling and people who think our show and hosts are the centre of the universe are going to be left feeling traumatised <eye roll> Lets throw a few scripted crumbs out to the distressed idiots and move on'

I think the Hollow Willoughby hashtags circulating around social media are too harsh. She is as she has always been so should be treated like she was before PS quit.

Holly and Phil…. My main thoughts were with the poor woman in Australia, who was jailed for 20 years after she was accused of killing her children. It turns out it was a genetic disorder that killed them.

And I don’t mean that to put people down who are paying attention to them, it was just very shocking I thought, more so than what went on with them. Probably be jumped on now or ignored 😀

Oh come on. This has nothing to do with a gay extra marital affair in the workplace or toxic behaviour in the workplace. ITV, his agents, sponsors etc would not ditch him for that.

This has everything to do with an old man messaging underage boys on Snapchat etc and going on to having sex with at least one of them (apparently when it was legal🙄). And a brother who also liked underage boys and has just been convicted of child abuse

What I’m trying to say is that we seem to have become very quick to judge. I am not saying that Phillip Schofields behaviour is not questionable and disgusting, and to be honest I did not know about the Snapchat. What I worry about is the way we are too quick to judge without proper evidence. It is so important to get the FACTS straight, and with that woman in Australia, can you begin to imagine being jailed for 20 years just after you have lost your children, not child, children!!?

That’s a terrible story but with respect this thread isn’t about that - why not start a separate thread about that if you want

The problem is HW is never herself. I know presenters have certain happy personas but lots do come across as themselves also.
HW never does.

You say yourself you didn't know that Phil was messaging teenage boys on Snapchat. There is evidence of screenshots and he confirmed this with the excuse that he "likes engaging with his fans." You can't not have all the facts then blame other people being quick to judge. I don't have all the facts either but the ones that are out there mean I most definitely judge him.
