Be honest: does this dress look like a towel?

I bought a dress online that I had been thinking about for months. It will arrive in a couple of days. It was very expensive.

However, I showed it to my friends and everyone says that it looks like a towel Shock

Be honest: is it awful? Does it look like a towel to you?

Yes unfortunately it does look like a bit like a towel but that doesn’t mean it won’t look great on you!

Crikey, just saw it’s 240USD. That’s a lot for a dress that looks kind of cheap (sorry). Maybe it will look nicer/more expensive once you’ve got it.

For me the worry is that it doesn’t even look great on the model! The main picture is more flattering but on the two smaller pictures the dress looks shapeless and the fabric doesn’t look great. Unless you have a fabulous figure, which I’m sure you have otherwise you wouldn’t be looking at such a skimpy outfit, you would need very well-fitting underwear. Why not post some pictures of you in it once it arrives?

It's either a towel or a sack, I can't decide which. And she looks very carefully posed to hide the fact that it's probably really shapeless when you stand normally.

Yes sorry it looks as if it made of microfibre that they make cleaning cloths out of. It's pretty colour though.🙂

Oh dear I’m sorry it looks like it’s made out of that fuzzy felt the stuff I used to play with as a kid. But hey that’s just my opinion if you like it & if you think it will look knockout on you go ahead & wear it with pride; Liz Hurley made wearing nappy pins fashionable & it launched her into a super career so go for it ❤️
