A good idea, we don't want to create a clique in FWR. (Although everyone has been very nice and welcoming).

Has anyone seen a thread on the Wellcome Collection controversy? I would be keen to discuss it. (NB not a sex based rights issue!)

I didn't see the "TERF c**ts" comment before it was deleted but I did see the other crowing.It was quite a rude shock to see the posters who felt so vitriolic towards the women from That Thread. Two weren't a surprise but the rest were. Anyway, that place just doesn't look the same.

I think I may lurk and say little for a while.

For info, it's possibly worth mentioning that GyratingTrampoline also created a generic forum on jttlifeboat dot co dot uk just so we can potentially cross-post rather than scattering to the winds.

I'm still in shock at the old site owner's decision and a lot of the "who cares, not my problem" people. I was particulary shocked by some people I thought were pleasant and open-minded who were pretty nasty.

Anyway, best of luck. I'll mainly be lurking.
