We haven't here.
It still doesn't feel cold enough in the house for me. Although ours neighbours is on (which probably keeps us warmer).

Cracked today. Heating on this evening for a few hours. Have also bought an electric blanket.

Not put heating on for 2 months got moldy windows and can't shift a chest infection.

Nope, Midlands here and it hasn't been cold out until this week. Indoors is fine if you dress appropriately, warm slippers and socks, thick jumper.

I have used a fleece blanket a few evenings and we have the winter duvet out but not the snuggly fitted sheet.

Have used the dehumidifier for a couple of hours a day this week but no heating yet.

We're all electric so we're used to waiting to turn on the heating.

What do you use the dehumidifiers for please? We get condensation on the windows so wondering whether to try this

Heating has had to go on due to a damp smell in the external walled bedroom in the house and unable to dry clothes.

window vaccing every morning, opening windows etc.

The house is now hovering around 17 degrees and I would like the heating on but dh is resisting and reckons we don't really need it.

Neither here, South Wales. Still mild enough, though at some points I need to grab an extra layer of clothing.

Not succumbed to heating on as such, apart from an oil filled rad in the bathroom when I’m naked and dripping with shower water… but that’s only on a very short time and only when it’s been a bit sharp and close to frost outside.
im East Midlands…. I’m (like many) so relieved not to have needed proper heating as yet.
I do hate having to layer up indoors though.
I swear I could double for the Michelin man!
luckily my man and I are roughly the same size, so I can wear his chunky man type jumpers…

We’ve not put it on yet, we’ve just resorted to an extra layer. The house is well insulated though and the weather is thankfully still quite mild for the time of year.

Mine came on today for a little while at around 4 when I was feeding DS (thermostat set to 15.5 overnight). That was the first time it’s come on. The house feels much warmer this year and I think it’s because of the dehumidifier.
