My go to is always plain pasta with a shit tonne of grated cheddar and pepper on.

Heart attack on a plate but damn its quick, easy and delicious.

Cheese toastie
Pasta with a spoonful of passata and loads of grated cheese
Jacket potato

If I’m feeling like slightly more effort, I have a recipe for chorizo pilaf which takes minutes of work and is my go-to comfort meal.

Ready made raviolis with butter and parmesan.

Rocket, tomato and mozzarella pearl salad on the side. The whole thing can be done in the time the raviolis are cooking.

MrsColon · 23/10/2021 17:18

Cuppa soup with bread & butter.

Or crusty bread, butter, blue cheese and cherry tomatoes. Yum!
