My go to is always plain pasta with a shit tonne of grated cheddar and pepper on.

Heart attack on a plate but damn its quick, easy and delicious.

Rice, grated cheese and a boiled egg. Sounds awful but I love it.

I love a cold winter day, with the soft lights on and crappy tv (xmas movie preferably) curled up with my giant plate of cheesy pasta and a hot cuppa, or glass of chardonnay.
